Alton Town Center recently partnered with local Health and Wellness Advocate, Alyson Seligman (known as The Modern Savvy on social media) to take a tour of the businesses located right here in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens with a focus on well being. Take a look at her journey…

Upside down but feel right side up again! 💆🏼♀️ Reprioritized myself after a tough start to the week (can’t thank you all enough for your messages 💗) – and had the most incredible deep tissue massage at @massageluxepalmbeach at @shopaltontowncenter last night! Walked away a new, more relaxed woman. Funny: the therapist said after, “make sure to hydrate,” but I was so out of it, I thought he said, “how would you rate yourself,” and replied with, “feel like I walked in a 2 and now I’m a 7!” 🤣🤷🏼♀️ Couldn’t be happier to be partnering with Alton this spring to highlight all of their health and wellness businesses and learn about them too – this is exactly what I – and honestly all of us! – could use more of in our lives. 🙌🏼

I love my small group workouts however my schedule has been a mess and the @lafitness_donaldross has been such a gift – they have every strength training and cardio machine, weights, kettlebells etc, plus classes, a huge pool, and I’ve met such helpful people too. Another fab wellness spot at @shopaltontowncenter! 🙌🏼Btw, ever overwhelmed or intimidated in a bigger gym? I now save workouts and moves here on insta (or shock, tiktok!) – they’ve been amazing to reference, and keep me posted.
You get giddy too after the aesthetician gives you a game plan for brighter, happier skin, right? 😆 On my latest wellness tour of @shopaltontowncenter, I absolutely loved my facial from Ashley at @vanalaserclub (right next to @lafitness_donaldross) – check out my last pic, my skin felt so bright, gooey and clean! Vana offers awesome monthly facial packages (yes please! 🙌🏼), plus lots of other services.
